iQOO is gearing up for the launch of the Neo 5 series. The company will debut its new mid-range smartphone in China later this month. The company will launch the Neo 5s and Neo 5 SE on December 20. Ahead of the launch, some key details of both the Neo 5 series phones have been confirmed. The latest teaser from the Vivo sub-brand confirms the specs of the Neo 5 SE ahead of the launch. iQOO has confirmed that the SE variant will draw power from the Snapdragon 870 SoC. Let’s take a look at the iQOO Neo 5 SE specifications and features confirmed ahead of the launch.

iQOO Neo 5 SE specifications 

iQOO Neo 5 SE will launch alongside the standard Neo 5S on December 20. Ahead of the China launch, the device’s specs have been confirmed. An official teaser poster reveals that the phone will draw power from a Snapdragon 870 SoC. The Neo 5s, on the other hand, will draw power from a Snapdragon 888 SoC, as previously reported.

The SE smartphone from iQOO will come with a 144Hz refresh rate display. We can expect the device to sport an AMOLED screen as well. The screen size of the device is yet to be officially revealed. 

The official teaser also confirms that the phone will support 55W fast charging out of the box. We can expect the phone to feature a 4500 mAh battery at least. iQOO has not revealed the battery specifications of the device at the moment.

iQOO Neo 5 SE will have a triple-camera setup on the back. The device will come with a 50MP primary camera sensor, as previously reported. It will likely come with an 8MP ultrawide camera sensor and a 2MP macro camera sensor. The phone will also sport a hole-punch camera cutout. It will launch in White, Dark Blue, and Blue Gradient colour options. Other details of the phone remain unknown at the moment. However, the wait is not long as the device will launch in a couple of days.
